As HR Program Manager who has deep expertise and years of experience in project management, User Experience, and digital HR capabilities you will be at the forefront of our mission on HR and business transformation. Partnering with key stakeholders and cross functional execution teams, you will ensure the deployment of project management practices, methodologies and tools to generate product and process solutions that deliver an exceptional experience for our employees, managers and leaders and aligning project outcomes to the company's vision, goals and priorities. Key Responsibilities :
  • Program Management:
    • Deploy holistic project methodologies to facilitate agile project execution and adapt to changes swiftly.
    • Utilize project management technology and tools such as Clarity, Asana, MS Projects, etc. for managing project execution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration :
    • Partner with HR leaders, IT, Finance and other departments to understand stakeholder impacts, understand end to end requirements, and drive project priorities.
  • User Experience (UX):
    • Champion a user-centric approach from design to deployment of all HR solutions.
    • Continually engage users to refine and optimize the product/process experience.
  • 4HR Technology & Digitization:
    • Partner on the evaluation and recommendations of HR technologies that support digitization and automation of HR/Business processes.
    • Lead the implementation of solutions ensuring a seamless integration of new solutions with end-to-end processes and systems.
    • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance are built into solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor the performance and outcomes of the launched programs, ensuring they meet the desired objectives and sustaining mechanisms are implemented.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in Agile Project Management, User Experience and HR technology to drive continuous improvements in processes and methodologies.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, guiding them towards the successful execution of projects.
    • Facilitate change management and ensure alignment among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Program Reporting & Metrics:
    • Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness and provide insights to stakeholders.
    • Present program updates to HR leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of core experience in HR program management.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile and other Project Management methodologies and project management tools such as Asana, MS Projects, etc.
  • Proficiency in design thinking, UX design principles and practices.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current HR technologies and digitization trends.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
