HR Project and Process Excellence Partner

The HR Project and Process Excellence Partner will apply project management expertise alongside Lean Six Sigma and change management principles to drive key HR initiatives. This position will partner with stakeholders to execute projects effectively, streamline HR processes, and manage change iteratively. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, leading change through influence rather than position. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of People Excellence, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HR objectives.

  • Location: Warrenville, IL

  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

  • Required Travel: travel to other Endeavor Health locations may be required.

What you will do:

  • Provide leadership and expertise in project management best practices

  • Lead HR initiatives using agile methodologies to adapt to evolving needs and ensure iterative improvements.

  • Establish and manage governance structures for HR projects

  • Facilitate the design and execution of systemwide Human Resources initiatives, from initiation to implementation. Areas of focus may include talent acquisition, talent management, engagement, leader development, total rewards, organizational design, and diversity, equity and inclusion.

  • Develop and maintain project charters, detailed plans, and manage resources with flexibility to respond to changing requirements.

  • Identify and manage dependencies within HR and across the organization, creating mitigation plans to address potential barriers.

  • Utilize agile and Lean Six Sigma to enhance the quality and efficiency of HR processes.

  • Apply analytical tools to drive continuous improvements across the talent lifecycle.

  • Develop and implement new HR processes to improve efficiency and adaptability.

  • Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to leverage technology in advancing and simplifying HR processes.

  • Serve as a key change agent, applying methodologies to foster people-centered change and drive engagement.

  • Define and communicate key outcomes and impacts of change to stakeholder communities, ensuring stakeholder feedback is incorporated into planning.

  • Define educational materials and support leaders in delivering people focused change communications to their teams.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, required

  • Certification: n/a

  • Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in Human Resources, project management, or process improvement roles, with demonstrated expertise in managing HR-related initiatives, driving process improvements using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, and leading change management efforts in a complex organizational environment

  • Unique or Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge and experience with human resources.

    • Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on agile practices.

    • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams in an agile environment.

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    • Knowledge of process improvement, change management, and project management methodologies.

    • Proven software competencies (MS Office Suite, and project management applications).
