As the single point of contact to the client, you'll also be the living embodiment of Kyndryl's reputation every day.As Project Manager, Working in Human Capital Management you will be supporting various HR services professionals. You'll be leading cross functional global projects that execute global corporate initiatives. You will analyze, design and mitigate risks for, various project plans including the coordination of key resources to ensure the delivery of various SLAs, and overall stakeholder satisfaction. Of course, plans often evolve as a project unfolds, so you'll need to practice continuous structural thinking and take ownership for value delivery, not just task scheduling. But as important as planning and organization are, communication is 90% of the job. You're the single point of contact with the client, partners, and all stakeholders, supporting them and ensuring they get what they need. You're also the bridge to every other team on the project, including both technical and account roles. The result is an exciting multicultural, often multilingual environment. Bottom line: You need to like interactions with other people and know how to be kind and empathetic but also assertive — and handle customer change requests with diplomacy.Your future at KyndrylBecoming a Project Manager at Kyndryl is an excellent gateway to many different paths. Working on HR project is key.PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications requiredBachelor's degree required with preference for related field, which may include Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or TechnologyPast experience working in an HR PMO; Workday implementationProficiency with Microsoft Office and Project Management tools; understanding of databases and project management softwareStrong project management acumen, with excellent grasp of program management methodologies including project risk managementExcellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to simultaneously control numerous projectsThorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the HR function and the significant projects, processes or practices being developedThis is a fully remote role and the candidate must work in Eastern Time Zone. The candidate can be from NA, LATAM, and Canada. The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $116,760to$221,880based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California:$128,400 to $266,040 Colorado: $116,760 to $221,880 New York City: $140,040 to $266,040 Washington: $128,400 to $243,960 Washington DC:$128,400 to $243,960 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
