Job Purpose

The Recruiter will help Ontex to find, attract, recruit and onboard excellent employees. He/she steers the end-to-end recruitment process/cycle and is entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build great relationships with both hiring managers, candidates and Ontex employees.

Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks

  • Focus on an improved candidate experience for all candidates for the Stokesdale, NC location.
  • Optimize the use of our ATS tool in SuccessFactors.
  • Keep the organization up to date on new recruitment techniques, processes and tools
  • Take part in HR process improvement initiatives and support the HR team as needed in making Ontex a Great Place to Work.
  • Attend job fairs to attract local talent.
  • Effectively communicate and advise all departments on recruitment best practices and recommendations for process improvement.
  • Track all metrics related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process including the intake of new positions, screening, scheduling interviews, completing the job offer, and managing the pre-employment process and assist as needed during new hire orientation.
  • Manage recruitment for all hourly positions for the Stokesdale location ranging from Machine Operators, Process Technicians, Quality Lab Techs/Process Auditors, Forklift Operators, Warehouse Support Functions, Research and Development Lab Tech positions, and Maintenance positions.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and recruit for on-going new and additional openings as the company continues to grow rapidly.
  • Ability to recruit for 20+ requisitions at a time.
  • Managed all 14-day check-ins with new hires.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Prior Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, various attraction and selection techniques and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience recruiting in a high volume/fast paced manufacturing environment, and 3-5 years of experience in-house recruiting in preferred.
  • Being a professional, open-minded team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Having an entrepreneurial mindset and are able to think outside the box, not afraid to roll up your sleeves, to hit the ground and run.
  • You are a curious, digital ninja with good knowledge about digital recruitment tools, social media and graphical design tools.

Educational Requirements

  • At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration or psychology.
