A key element of this position is the ability to attract quality candidates and to match the best candidate to the right position. Success in this role will be demonstrated by improving the number of exceptional employees hired and retained.HR Recruiter Job Responsibilities and DutiesIdentifies staffing needsWrites job descriptions for needed positionsConstructs and develops a recruitment system for the companyCreates a recruitment network on social media and other mediumsScreens and interviews candidatesPresents a shortlist of candidates to managementHR Recruiter Job RequirementsMinimum 2 years of work experience in human resourcesProficient in MS OfficeBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented interviewerGreat decision-making skillsCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
