Responsibilities of the HR Recruiter:
- Post job ads, review resumes, schedule phone and in person interviews
- Pre-screen applicants through phone/Zoom interviews
- Assist with completing reference checks
Preferred experience for the HR Recruiter:
- Two or more years of recruiting or Human Resources experience
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources
- Organizational skills, communication with supervisors for interview and candidate updates
