Job Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review open positions and determine what a successful candidate will look like for our team.
  • Proactively identify candidates utilizing multiple strategies, including online databases, social media, and job fairs. Continuously grow a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Network to develop and maintain strong working relationships with community partners and team members.
  • Responsible for the full cycle recruiting for all positions, including posting positions, scheduling interviews, and sending offer letters.
  • Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to determine staffing needs, creating requisitions, identifying qualified candidates, and making hiring selections.
  • Develop and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Follow processes and procedures related to recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
  • Ensure that the Applicants Tracking System (ATS) is maintained, and all tasks are completed timely and accurately.
  • Ensure all phases of the recruitment process are conducted in accordance with all internal processes and procedures, all applicable state and federal laws, and all Human Resource policies.
  • Attend various hiring events, including job fairs on and off site.
  • Performs all responsibilities in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, internal policies and procedures, Colorado Limited Gaming Regulations and state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business.
  • Performs special projects as needed or requested.
  • QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience Recruiting, including creating initiatives to foster a pipeline of diverse talent. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent in experience or education. 3 or more years of Human Resource experience with 2 years specializing in Recruitment.LANGUAGE SKILLS: Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must have a valid Colorado Gaming License. An HR related certification is preferred. OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of basic recruitment practices and processes. Ability to multi-task, work as part of a team, and independently. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Essential duties involve performing physical exertion such as frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, standing and primarily sitting for an entire work shift with standard breaks. Essential duties may require lifting up to 30 pounds to stack, store, or move general office supplies and equipment.
