Other benefits include 401K, paid government holidays, training, education assistance, wellness benefit, and paid personal leave.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will support the recruitment process and assist with various HR administrative tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:Assist in posting job openings on our career site and various job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards by keeping job posts current and updated.Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions.Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Coordinate scheduling logistics between candidates and hiring managers.Schedule pre-screens, interviews, and onboarding orientations.Assist with conducting initial pre-screen calls to evaluate and assess candidates for specific roles.Provide HR Manager and hiring managers with feedback and recommendations on candidates.Communicate promptly with candidates to keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.Update candidate statuses in the ATS and generate reports to reflect the current status of candidates in the pipeline.Assist HR Manager with HR administrative tasks as needed.Required SkillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with ATS software and various job boards.Experience/QualificationsPrior experience in recruitment or HR-related tasks.Minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role.Proficiency in utilizing administrative software such as Microsoft Office 365.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.EducationHigh School Diploma required.
