As an HR Scheduler & Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how applicants and new hires experience POLYWOOD® from day one. You'll be at the forefront of our hiring process-coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining seamless communication with hiring managers. Our expectation is that every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression. Your ability to adapt, stay organized, and provide outstanding service will ensure that both candidates and internal teams have a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience that reflects our company's values. What You'll Be Doing
  • Scheduling Candidates: Manage and confirm interview appointments, coordinating details between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Data Entry: Accurately document all candidate and hiring information in HR systems.
  • Onboarding New Hires: Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing documentation and guiding new hires through their first steps.
  • Communicating Changes: Serve as the primary contact for hiring managers, keeping them updated on interview schedules or candidate availability.
  • Supporting Recruitment: Assist the HR team in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, meeting deadlines and resolving issues as needed.
  • Engaging with New Hires: Reach out to new hires to gather feedback and check in on their experience, fostering a positive start to their journey with POLYWOOD®.
What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in Spanish and English: Strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
  • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with individuals professionally and positively.
  • Strong Grammatical Skills: Clear, accurate, and professional writing is essential for communicating with candidates and team members.
  • Multitasking & Adaptability: Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving: A keen eye for accuracy and the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer programs, navigating systems, and managing data entry.

  • POLYWOOD® Continuous Flexpath: Full-time during peak season (40+ hours per week) and 24 hours per week during the off-season (Tuesday-Thursday), with additional pay for an extra day worked each week. This option offers year-round employment with full benefits and flexibility.
  • POLYWOOD® Interval Flexpath: Full-time work during peak season (spring and summer) with time off during the off-season. This path includes year-round insurance coverage and bonuses, such as a $1,000 Thank You bonus at the end of the season and a $1,000 Welcome Back bonus when you return.
  • POLYWOOD® Seasonal Opportunities: Seasonal positions are available during peak season for short-term work with flexible hours, providing a great option for those who don't need year-round employment.
