About The RoleThe Senior Manager, Organizational and Team Effectiveness is a senior member of the Talent Management Team, responsible for developing and implementing organizational and team effectiveness strategies that support the needs of Neurocrine's growing business. This role will assess and diagnose organizational needs and design and deploy solutions in partnership with HR and business leaders. This work might include standing up new organizations, redesigning existing organizations, architecting organizational change, driving alignment, improving decision making, building organizational capacity, or improving team and organizational performance. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational design, team effectiveness, and change management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and facilitating high impact sessions with teams. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational performance, employee engagement, and overall business success.

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $142,700.00-$206,975.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
