Our Mission: To create conditions within which people can thrive! The HR Service Excellence Project Managerwill be responsible for driving service excellence through continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation. This role will also be involved in transitioning new processes or services into the shared services environment, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization:

  • Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives within HR Services.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to enhance service delivery.

Automation & Technology Integration:

  • Collaborate with IT and HR technology teams to identify and implement automation solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to streamline HR processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives.

Transition & Service Integration:

  • Manage the transition of new processes or services into the HR Services model.
  • Coordinate with different HR functions to ensure smooth integration of services.
  • Develop transition plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between HR Services and other HR/business units.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice and support on HR Services best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR shared services or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, project management and HR service delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid work setup.
  • Amenable to global flexible work schedule in order to cover APAC, EMEA, North America, and other regions where the client operates.
