Syracuse Universitys Office of Human Resources is seeking a service-oriented professional to join our team of HR generalists. Our HR Shared Services team consists of 18 employees and is responsible for assisting almost 5,000 staff and faculty. The HR Shared Services Representative is our campus communitys first point of contact for various HR needs. The HR Shared Services Representative will assist in communicating and administrating extensive HR policies, employee benefits, and systems support to the campus community, including internal HR stakeholders. Communication with employees is primarily by phone or email to provide the highest quality of service in a timely manner. This position is responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities under general supervision and instruction.
