Under the direction of the Director of Training & Engagement the Team Member Communication & Engagement Specialist supports team members by organizing activities both on and off property, planning and implementing recognition programs, planning and organizing training and provides timely and accurate communications through a variety of mediums to ensure team members are knowledgeable about both customer and team member events.
- Develop, send, and manage all internal communications via team member app, email, and other communication outlets.
- Coordinates team member meetings, initiatives and recognition programs
- Coordinates internal events including, but not limited to, Blood Drives, Golf Tournament, Halloween Costume Contests as directed.
- Assists in creating and implementing new training courses.
- Analysis of team member engagement survey and action plan development.
- Administer and coordinate Tuition Reimbursement program, Sunshine Fund program & Culture Club.
- Develop relationships to serve as a strategic business partner to operational departments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent with at least 3 years experience in a Human Resources or Marketing function and a focus on communications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to effectively communicate in written format
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and desktop publishing applications
