HR Specialist

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist. This individual will be responsible for leading and executing key human resource initiatives for the company with a compliance focus. Collaboration, initiative, excellent writing skills, and attention to detail will be key to the success of this role. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated problem solver with an extreme focus on details, compliance with hiring standards, employment laws, customer support, and positive interactions throughout all levels of the practice. This position requires a high level of organization, including the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Required Credentials:

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• 1 year HRIS experience; Business Intelligence or HRIS querying/reporting experience preferred.
• 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred; experience working with healthcare regulatory bodies preferred.
• Computer related skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook products required.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Established strong organization and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
