- Employee Relations:

- Performance Management:
- Implement performance review processes and assist with employee development.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs and facilitate open enrollment.
- HR Documentation:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Training and Development:
- Identify and coordinate training opportunities for employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with 1 year in home care.
