These responsibilities include being the first point of contact for employee questions, oversight of employee programs (shoes, uniforms, glasses, lockers, etc.), and assist with various HR Generalist, Benefits, and Payroll functions.The HR Specialist is responsible to ensure that the Customer, People, and Investor goals are balanced and met.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide HR support and guidance to employees by being the first point of contact for employee questions from either walk-in traffic or phone calls to HR.Provide payroll support including executing payroll when required.Understand and support the FMLA process at Drive.Support the HR Manager and Assistant HR Manager with projects and special assignments.SAP Administration/oversight for the department including setting up vendors, entering invoices, and closing out items as received.Monthly KPIs and documentation to support HR Goals/Targets. Active participate in various audits including EOS, IATF, MaFact, etc.Who we are looking forEDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.Must have 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.Must have experience with HRIS systems and/or applicant tracking systems.Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office / Excel / Power Point.WORK EXPERIENCEMust have 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.Your preferred qualificationsMust have experience with HRIS systems and/or applicant tracking systems.Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office / Excel / Power Point.Strong verbal and written communications skills.What we offerAt Magna, you can expect an engaging and dynamic environment where you can help to develop industry-leading automotive technologies.
