The ideal candidate for Rushdown is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. Your primary responsibility will be to creatively and quickly fill an exciting range of technical, art, design, and production roles. Participate in recruiting events as a company brand ambassador, including but not limited to job fairs, on-campus recruiting, open houses, and public speaking events. Proactively research industry events, trends, and share how to use that intel to our advantage. Creative and focused candidate sourcing. Build collaborative relationships with industry colleagues, colleges, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates. At times you may wear more hats like helping plan events, coordinate team meetings, and office related tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • You love video games.
  • 2+ years full lifecycle recruiting or 2+ years of HR experience.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Outstanding knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with swiftly changing priorities.
  • Demonstrable ability to balance lots of roles under strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

Responsibilities
