Position SummaryThe HR Support Specialist at Johnny Clean Car Wash plays a vital role in supporting our Human Resources operations. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, this full-time, in-office position assists with training, recruitment efforts, HR duties, and various ad hoc tasks. The HR Support Specialist helps ensure our team members are well-supported and that our HR processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities - Training Support:
- Follow up on training programs to ensure team members are engaged and progressing.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of innovative training materials.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications.
- Recruitment Assistance:
- Support dynamic recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed seamlessly.
- Help maintain an effective talent pipeline through proactive recruitment strategies.
- HR Duties:
- Assist with maintaining comprehensive employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Help prepare and manage essential HR documentation, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Respond to team member inquiries with clarity and professionalism regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ad Hoc Duties:
- Provide robust administrative support to the HR department.
- Participate in exciting HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist with organizing engaging team-building activities and company events.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
