J&B is Growing!!! We are looking to add a Support Specialist to Recruiting Team!!! The HR Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the Recruiter in all aspects of the employee life cycle from the talent acquisition process through separation. Essential Functions:
- Support the Recruiter with programs, policies, and special projects.
- Assists with finding and communicating with candidates.
- Create employee files and assist with onboarding.
- Assist with reporting within HRIS as well as other systems.
- Receptionist/front desk coverage as required
- Assist with special projects (surveys, filing, etc.)
- Identify efficiencies within the department and assist with the implementation
- Post positions to all appropriate websites, social media sites, job boards, or other advertising vehicles to generate candidate interest.
- Assist with researching and identifying recruiting resources
- Assist with company events.

Supervisory Responsibilities:The HR Support Specialist has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: This job is performed onsite in Wixom at our Corporate HeadquartersPosition Type: This is a full-time non-exempt in office position. Travel: This position does not require travel.Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR or administrative position.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
- Strong computer skills are a must.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Degree in human resources or related field
Other Duties: All other duties as assigned by management
