Position Summary: The HR Systems Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining all RPMs HRIS applications and modules including UKG and iCIMS. In addition to technical responsibilities, this role involves supervisory duties, team leadership, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional and technical support for HRIS systems, including UKG and iCIMS, and any ancillary systems, including Zendesk, CultureAmp, and Fuse.
  • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, and IT to align technology and implement standardized processes.
  • Develop and document short- and long-term system strategies.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance system performance, content management, and retention.
  • Supervise a team of HR Systems Analysts and Administrators, conduct performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement.
  • Assess technology and propose enhancements in collaboration with the Director of HR Systems.
  • Monitor, update, and maintain data feeds between HR and Operations systems.
  • Update, audit, and maintain employee and operations data within HR Systems.
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Organize testing and implementation of new upgrades and modules.
  • Create reference guides and instructional materials for end users.
  • Analyze platform usage and capabilities, recommending and implementing improvements.
  • Prepare reports and provide system data to HR Leadership and other end users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system functionality and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring their growth and success.
Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or similar
  • 3-5 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Administration experience with UKG Pro and/or iCIMS required.
  • Strong computer, software, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week.
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
