WHAT YOU'LL DO We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Technology & Operations Partner to join our dynamic team. WHERE YOU'LL WORK This position will work hybrid out of our Leawood, KS or Burlington, MA office. Remote candidates in the CST and EST time zones will be considered. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- In partnership with the Head of Total Rewards, lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of HR technology solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and manage a robust suite of people analytics dashboards and reporting to support data driven decision making across the organization and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Manage and optimize HRIS and other HR-related systems to ensure they meet the needs of the organization, reflect accurate data and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of HR systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards Leader, HR leadership and other stakeholders to identify system improvements and enhancements, driving efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes.
- Lead cross-functional technology and operations project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to HR team members and end-users on new systems and processes.
- Ensure data privacy and security protocols are in place and adhered to within all HR systems.
- Manage relationships with internal IT Partners as well as HR technology vendors and service providers.
- Stay current with trends and developments in HR technology, making recommendations for future investments and improvements.
- Mentor team members in the areas of HR technology and people analytics/reporting to enable a matrixed support model within the Total Rewards team.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, PMP) is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing HR systems.
- Strong Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar systems.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and data analytics, including benefits, talent management, payroll, and talent acquisition.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR analytics tools.
