Overview
The HR Technology team is looking for an HR Technology Solutions Lead to join the team in Ramsey, New Jersey on a full time basis. Ensure reliability and trustworthiness of the HRIS data set for all HR and cross-functional uses. Influencing, mapping, and designing processes that drive increased productivity, reliability and efficiency across the HR Technology landscape. Leads complex, cross-functional projects to automate, streamline, and deliver technology applications that upgrade the user experience for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Project management and leadership of complex, cross-functional applications and implementations
- Evaluation and understanding of system configuration options
- Understand and evolve the enterprise architecture for the HR Technology stack and the integrations with non-HR systems to deliver a best-in-class solutions
- Trusted data partner to HR management, including data integrity, security, auditability, and scalability
- Defines the business impact of system design and modifications (e.g. build business case for change investments)
- Actively manages 3rd party vendor resources to achieve strategic goals, including new feature implementations, workflow modifications, and release management
- Responsible for change management initiatives to ensure successful launch and adoption of HR technology solutions
- Understand and assess the HR Technology ecosystem for value added capabilities.
- Contribute to the HR Technology strategic vision by understanding constituent needs and system capabilities.
- Direct the business process analysis, creation of business requirements documents, and testing for projects and all system changes
Qualifications
Desired Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a preference to an additional business degree.
- 7+ years' experience in similar role desirable
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors across the talent suite (Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Management) or equivalent IS technical knowledge.
- Learning Management, Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and other HR/IT systems is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years SuccessFactors experience working on an HRIS team or equivalent SuccessFactors consulting.
- Minimum 3 years cross functional project leadership.
- Working knowledge of market leading best practices for SuccessFactors capabilities and expansion
- Familiarity ADP Payroll, ICIMS and other HR systems a plus.
- Demonstrated successful SuccessFactors and SAP configuration changes for production support, enhancements, upgrades or half-yearly releases.
- Demonstrated abilities around Critical Evaluation, Strategic Thinking, Inference and Analysis
- A demonstrated ability to utilize sophisticated project management skills
