SummaryGlobal investment management firm is seeking an HR Business Partner to cover multiple divisions across the firm supporting a population of about 1,000 employees. As the HRBP, you will build strong relationships with the management of each division, provide support in employee relations, talent management, performance management and training and development. Collaborate with HR team to provide well-rounded HR support to your businesses. Work closely with other HRBPs to ensure full coverage across the firm.QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years of relevant HRBP experience. Financial services experience and HR partnership with front office areas are both required. Excellent skillset in consultative advisory to management, employee relations, performance management and learning and development. Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible mindset. Must excel in strategic, consultative skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
