Position Overview:
As an HRBP, you will primarily focus on recruitment efforts in the US region while also supporting the corporate headquarters with key HR functions, including HC planning, and Training & Development. You will act as a bridge between the company and its employees, ensuring alignment between HR strategy and business needs, while ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Management: Responsible for creating and executing recruitment plans for the US region, ensuring timely fulfillment of departmental hiring needs and improving recruitment efficiency and quality.
2. HC Planning: Conduct regular workforce planning and management, analyze current and future talent needs, and support headquarters in formulating effective HC strategies.
3. Training & Development: Assist in driving training programs that align with the company's development needs, ensuring employees' skills meet job requirements, and supporting long-term career development initiatives.
4. Employee Relations Management: Help address employee relations matters, ensuring high employee satisfaction and alignment with the company culture.
5. Labor Law Compliance: Have a thorough understanding of and ensure all HR processes and documentation comply with local labor laws, ensuring legal compliance in all HR activities.
6. Other HR Projects: Assist in various HR-related projects, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment management preferred.
3. Familiarity with talent management, recruitment, training, and other core HR functions, with strong project management skills.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to act as a liaison across departments.
5. Experience coordinating with global headquarters or working in a multinational environment preferred.
6. In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, ensuring compliance in all HR processes and documentation.
7. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
