Human Resources Business Parner, ManufacturingLakeland, FL (on-site)(This position will also have oversight at our Rincon, GA facility)The HR Business Partner, Manufacturing is both a strategic and hands-on role. Proactive advisor and coach that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Lakeland, FL site as well as our Rincon, GA location (~150 total employees). This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, driving cultural transformation, being a trusted business partner with sharp critical and analytical thinking that brings solutions, enhancing individual and team effectiveness and boosting manager accountability.At dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional.   • Active HR Business Partner and contributor, Member of the Operations Site Leadership Teams, providing input, with strong influence and counsel on HR related issues to successfully meet the business objectives
  • Provide counsel, advice and recommendations to managers ensuring proper handling of constructive employee relations including coaching, counseling, discipline, policy adherence, and performance management with the goal to increase manager and employee accountability
  • Change Leader known for mobilizing and enabling business leaders to drive organizational change for increased employee engagement, retention, and business growth
  • Strong utilization of data analytics to identify root causes and design applicable business solutions
  • Advise on and manage organizational design and team effectiveness projects
  • Implement HR best practices to enable short and long term business strategies
  • A true hands-on approach that develops strong relationships with stakeholders and employees allowing accurate insights around the engagement, moral and pulse of the organization
  • Active contributor to the overall HRBP Operations Team ensuring continuity of support, NAM consistency and best practices
  • Partner with regional HR Centers of Excellence to implement integrated people and organization solutions, e.g., onboarding, benefits, leadership development, staffing/sourcing, benchmarking, reward and recognition, training, and employee data integrity

You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications or similar field of study
  • Must have 5+ years of progressive HR experience is preferred (with increasing responsibilities, scope and capabilities)
  • HR Generalist experience specifically in a Manufacturing (Supply Chain) environment
  • Must have a solid understanding of federal and State employment laws, with the ability to communicate and act on them clearly and timely
  • Must have excellent verbal presentation skills, with strong communication capabilities in small and large group settings
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel (required)
  • Strong HR Leader with demonstrated process and project management skills with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of using data analytics, understand pattern/trends to make recommendations /work with business leader to create strategic plans for business solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing deadlines
  • High learning agility, with strong attention to detail and growth mindset
  • Successfully navigate ambiguity in order to obtain the required information
