At EMR USA, we're looking for an HRIS Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you'll lead in managing, configuring, and enhancing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Your expertise will ensure data accuracy, improve HR workflows, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do:

🔧 HRIS Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the HRIS, ensuring system integrity and peak performance.
  • Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while maintaining security and confidentiality.

📊 Data & Reporting:

  • Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and deliver insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Support decision-making by providing key analytics and maintaining data consistency.

🚀 Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and lead HRIS projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system functionalities.

📚 Training & Support:

  • Provide technical support and training to HRIS users, creating guides and resources for efficient system use.

✅ Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to safeguard data.

🤝 Vendor Management:

  • Partner with HRIS vendors to resolve issues, evaluate new products, and implement enhancements.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HRIS certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a bonus!
  • Experience: 2+ years in HRIS management or a related role with expertise in systems like Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ADP.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and system optimization.
