Job Description:
HRIS AnalystUnder the directionof the Manager of HR Shared Services, serve as the internal systems expert forboth PPC's HRIS as well as the people data seen across other technologyplatforms.Collaborate with the HR team,other business support functions, and business leaders directly to successfullymaintain people data throughout all systems.Responsibilities:User Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact forpeople related inquiries within the HRIS and ERP Systems, responding toinquiries within our ticketing system timely,troubleshooting issues for HRteam members and employees
  • Serve as the primary point of contact forprocessing employee changes between these systems (supervisor changes,department changes, company transfers, etc.)
System Administration
  • Maintainand support the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and EnterpriseResource Planning (ERP) system ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Data Analysis
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends,generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making processes
  • Support the organization as the primarypoint of contact for report requests such as Affirmative Action, EEOC, andsalary survey data.
Process Improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identifyopportunities for system enhancements and automation to streamline HRprocesses
Training
  • Assistin developing training materials and work instructions for HR team membersand end users on HRIS and ERP functionalities
Compliance
  • EnsureHRIS practices that are compliant with relevant regulations and companypolicies
This position requires adecisive leader with a passion for hands-on work in outdoor environments and astrong drive for construction project management work. Must have a desire towork in a team-based environment and contribute immediately.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, InformationTechnology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HRIS management or arelated role.
  • Experience with ADP as apractitioner is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in IFSor similar ERP systems is preferred Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written,and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
  • Positive safety attitude and personal integrity - both are non-negotiable
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAPSuccessFactors, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
