Intepros is in need of a talented HRIS Analyst for one of their valued clients in Philadelphia, PA. This client is a true leader in the Healthcare Insurance industry! This is a Hybrid situation, requiring 3x a week onsite in Philadelphia:
HRIS Analyst
Duties
• Address the usual and customary assignments associated with the Human Resources Analytics & Reporting function.
• Recommend and implement alternate courses of action to provide function management with choices in view of various possible scenarios.
• Participate in executing assignments by fulfilling elements of the assignment at the direction and guidance of more senior analysts and management.
• Participate in project teams as a representative of the HR Analytics & Reporting function as required
• Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing advanced reporting tools such as calculated fields, matrix and composite reports. Helps maintain the highest degree of data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Updates and maintains business processes and condition rules.
• Expertise in report writing including calculated fields, matrix reports and composite reporting.
• Strong ability to prepare project dashboards and status reports for stakeholders and senior leaders Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and process engineering skills
Qualifications
• BA/BS in a quantitative analytical discipline, e.g. Mathematics, Economics.
• Working Experience with the quantitative analytical discipline sufficient to address the usual and customary assignments and methods. Working Experience with statistical methods such as predictive analytics, regression analysis, ROI, trending, etc. Working Experience with executive & management presentations, recommendations & communication regarding data findings and related courses of action. Working Experience with HRIS systems & related data extraction, and MS Office Suite applications. Basic Understanding of Human Resources functions. Demonstrated ability to work independently for a majority of assignments requiring discretion and independent judgment.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in HR Analytics & Reporting.
• Expert level proficiency in Oracle suite (Taleo & PeopleSoft).
• Expert level proficiency in Tableau
• Expert level proficiency with SQL queries
• Minimum 5 years experience working on an HRIS team or equivalent Oracle consulting
