Job Description:
Our client is looking to add a TemporaryHRIS Analyst with a focus in Training and Development . This is a fullyremoterole and a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organization within the healthcare field.Duties:Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to support the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system for HR processes, including but not limited to employee data management, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.Support the administration of HR programs and processes, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and recognition programs.Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.Assist in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting HR modules within the ERP system to ensure system functionality and data integrity.Support the development and implementation of standardized HR processes and procedures within the ERP system, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights using the ERP system to support HR decision-making and strategic initiatives.Collaborate with the HCM leaders and other team members to continuously improve HR processes and enhance system efficiency and usability.Support employee data audits and compliance activities to ensure data integrity and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.Provide user support and training to HR staff and other employees on HR processes and system usage within the ERP system.Assist in the data migration process, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of HR data from legacy systems to the ERP system.Stay updated with HR industry trends, best practices, and advancements in ERP systems, and recommend improvements to enhance HR operations and system functionality.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements :Associates or bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or a related field1-2 years of experience in HR operations or related roles, with a strong understanding of core HR processes and practices.Proficiency in using HRIS or ERP system functionalities for employee data management, reporting, and analysis.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address employee inquiriesCustomer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders.Knowledge of shared services concepts and ERP implementation processes is desirableHealthcare background highly preferredTitle: HRIS Analyst, Training and DevelopmentType of role: TemporaryLocation: RemoteVaco values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.EEO NoticeVaco is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race (including but not limited to traits historically associated with race such as hair texture and hair style), color, sex (includes pregnancy or related conditions), religion or creed, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, status as a veteran, union membership, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, political affiliation, or any other protected characteristics as required by federal, state or local law.Vaco LLC and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries are committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
