ABOUT YOUR ROLE The HRIS Data and Analytics Administrator independently and accurately maintains the Bank's HRIS application and modules. This role maintains the integrity of system data and reporting through established processes and data audits. The HRIS Data and Analytics Administrator is data-driven and highly proactivecollaborating and offering support to the HR team and wider business with analysis and people metrics reporting to influence decision making. WHAT YOU WILL DO 1. Independently and accurately maintains the organization's HRIS applications and modules. 2. Maintains the optimal function of the ADP HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules. Assists and partners with each HR discipline on the design, selection and implementation or modification of HRIS modules or fields requirements (Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll, Employment, Performance and Compensation). 3. Collects, compiles and analyzes HR data which results in reliable information for stakeholders. 4. Creates accurate, repeatable, and scalable reports to support HR data quality audits to ensure reliable data and reportings. Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports and summaries for senior management and HR staff. Implements internal process improvements and automation of manual processes. 5. Investigates inquiries (technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance) regarding HR data and provides accurate and timely response. 6. Collaborates with leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions. Leads HR technology advances and solutions to completion. 7. Administers maintenance, consistency, and accuracy of all data flow / input into the HRIS system for reporting and distribution and maintains internal self-audit of system. 8. Controls permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users. Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. 9. Creates, reports, maintains, and delivers accurate quarterly analytics reporting to the Board of Directors and Executive Management. 10. Collaborates to facilitate consistent and accurate data for custom business unit dashboards using technology sources available (Agile). 11. Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention including recruitment, hiring practices, engagement, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. 12. Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects. 13. Responsible for the filing of government reporting including VETS-100, EEO-1, AAP and NJ Compliance, as required. Ensures all data tracking is in compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements related to recordkeeping and reporting. 14. Documents processes and maintains data records. Collects, compiles, validates and audits HR data from a variety of sources. Coordinates Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing. Corresponds with management, internal and external audit on requested data. 15. Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology. WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
