SUMMARY:- New role due to growth- Will lead all aspects of the global, strategic direction of the company's HRIS (Workday)- Deliver Workday technology solutions that help the business to continue to grow- Work closely with company business leaders- Reports to the VP of HR- Will lead a global team of 7+ employees plus several contractors

REQUIREMENTS:- 10+ years of HRIS and/or HR Technology experience- 5+ years of experience leading global and/or remote teams- Expertise in all areas of information systems with a strong background in Workday- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong project management experience- Bachelor's Degree
