LOCATION

This is a remote role, prefers candidate to be AZ based or on central, pacific time zones.

POSITION SUMMARY

Enters and controls data from confidential employee records in the organization's HRIS systems. Reviews source documents for accuracy and completion of data input and verifies output. Supports and maintains the time and attendance system.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Perform data entry of HR Transactions and new hire paperwork provided by the field.
  • Maintains the Time and Attendance system including adding supervisors; resetting passwords
  • Perform internal audits to ensure quality assurance with master data.
  • Run reports as requested
  • Create and update new positions in the SAP HCM system
  • Communicate with Partnerships regarding paperwork and onboarding materials
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Two years administrative experience including data entry
  • One year HRIS system/Time attendance administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP HCM experience
  • 2 year Human resources experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA's)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in high volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to work closely and collaborate with Talent and Culture

ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Sitting for long periods of time

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.
