Summary:

The HubSpot Administrator(HA) will be responsible for the onboarding, management, and execution of HubSpot for 1 Bold Step and 1 Bold Step's clients. This includes the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our HubSpot instances as they support inbound marketing initiatives, sales pipeline management, customer relationship management, and customer service/success efforts. In summary, managing the system that drives a business's revenue operations.

The HA will also have client-facing meetings to ensure they understand the client's goals and measure the progress against them with clear and consistent reporting. Detail-oriented, self-directed, and meticulous, the HubSpot Administrator should be excited to help businesses create strong revenue operations machines, document their work, and then independently execute the 1 Bold HubSpot processes.

Responsibilities Include:

  • HubSpot Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize HubSpot to align with client's specific business needs, including setting up workflows, lead scoring models, email templates, and other automation tools.
  • Onboarding Project Management: Balance both strategy and execution for HubSpot onboarding projects; coordinate directly with clients to deliver quick wins while building long-term value.
  • Supporting 1 Bold Step as a HubSpot PSO organization by onboarding select clients specifically following the HubSpot PSO process.
  • Assist the sales team by answering questions and running demonstrations in prospect pitch meetings, and by accurately scoping and estimating HubSpot customizations and non-standard implementations.
  • Attend and participate in weekly client meetings to manage the execution of the HubSpot plan, including tasks assigned to their employees as well as others at 1 Bold Step.
  • Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within HubSpot by implementing best practices for data hygiene, segmentation, and integration with other systems such as CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Campaign Execution Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop, and execute complex campaigns, and analysis of the results to determine how the effort supported the client's goals.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to optimize HubSpot for lead management, sales automation, playbook execution, and pipeline tracking, providing training and support as needed to drive adoption and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards within HubSpot to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, sales activities, and customer service interactions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to a client's go-to-market plan.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about new features and updates in the HubSpot platform, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our utilization of the tool set to achieve business objectives.
  • Using 1 Bold Step processes and templates, create and adhere to client marketing plans and budgets.
  • Support the team's overall sales and marketing alignment, regardless of the platforms and technologies being used to track activities and effectiveness.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Experience/Education:

  • Understanding of complex sales channels and cycles, sales and marketing alignment, revenue operations, and B2B business models.
  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role, with a deep understanding of HubSpot's features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Familiarity and understanding of HubSpot's Hubs and tiers as they relate to business functions.
  • Proven success in onboarding HubSpot for B2B clients.
  • Bachelor's Degree; business or communications background preferred
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Certified Administrator) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of other CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, etc.) a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Asana or similar project management software
  • Excellent communication skills, including empathetic problem-solving
  • A “Get it done” and “I'll figure it out” positive attitude
  • Business writing experience preferred
  • Prior experience launching paid digital campaigns is a plus
  • Experience with paid media strategy and execution is a plus
