Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Work with the project management team to understand website requirements and implement written content and imagery to meet those requirements.
Communication: Communicate directly with project stakeholders to ensure key deliverables and projects are moving forward. Track progress and provide documentation or feedback in ClickUp, our project management system. Attend client and internal meetings to discuss project requirements, updates, and feedback.
HubSpot Implementation: Implement data, files, designs, content, and images to the HubSpot platform. Ensure seamless integration and functionality within the HubSpot environment. Deep dive into the capabilities of HubSpot CMS Hub for no-code webpage building. Leverage HubSpot Marketing Hub to create campaigns, automate workflows, and analyze data for optimized marketing strategies.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough and detailed Quality Control (QC) on developed websites and applications. Identify and flag any bugs, errors, or inconsistencies in project work.
Qualifications 1-2 years of experience working in customer or professional services 1-2 years of experience using HubSpot1-2 years of Agency experience, preferred. Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience working cross-functionally in a remote setting. Familiar with the G Suite including Google calendar, docs, and sheets. Experience tracking time and managing tasks in project management systems, preferably Teamwork or ClickUp. Impeccable attention to detail.
