Develop, coordinate, and implement programs to enhance employee mental and physical performance. Oversight and development of the staff members impacting employee health and performance optimization. Seamlessly integrate the programs supporting employee health and performance so they function as a synergistic system. Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement in employee work habits, physical health, and mental wellbeing. Research and development of innovative, industry-leading initiatives and programs to optimize employee wellness, health, and performance. Design and oversee wellness programming and initiatives. Provide individual coaching sessions to employees on performance enhancement and wellness strategies. Create data-supported processes to enhance the precision of wellness, health, and performance programming. Support research efforts related to employee wellness and performance. Provide data and feedback and highlight the impact of wellness programming. Work closely with CWO and other departments on program assessment, improvement, and monitoring and integrate wellness initiatives into the workplace culture. Ensure wellness programs align with HSS' strategic goals and objectives. Offer personalized support to employees. Develop individualized plans to help employees achieve their wellness and performance goals.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in the human performance and management field and designing and delivering training programs. Innovative, capable of managing multiple work streams, and skilled in proactively developing and implementing processes from start to finish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel. Maintains discretion and professionalism, especially when handling confidential matters related to mental health, professional development, and other sensitive topics.
