Job Summary:The Human Resources Administrator will work alongside the HR team to provide HR and recruitment support. This role is pivotal in handling administrative HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, campus and community relations, electronic record-keeping, and file maintenance. Additionally, the Administrator contributes to HR initiatives such as benefits enrollment, event coordination, training, employee communications, and fostering a positive organizational culture. What Will Your Job Look Like?HR Support Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the on-site HR representative at the Elgin, TX location, building strong relationships with local leadership, supervisors, and team leads.
  • Work with the HR Team to respond to HR inquiries, emails, and requests, ensuring prompt responses and collaboration with HR team members as necessary.
  • Provide assistance and clarification on HR documents, payroll, Paid Time Off (PTO), and other employment-related matters. Explain internal policies and procedures as they relate to employment issues.
  • Keep TX employees informed by sharing company updates and HR initiatives.
  • Ensure that HR records and documents are maintained accurately and efficiently in compliance with internal processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute employee engagement and recognition events, including communication, event logistics, and follow-up.
  • Support the TX leadership team with event planning, coordination, and execution for visiting groups, including the annual Teacher Externship Program.
  • Assist the HR team in organizing internal training sessions for Development Plans.
  • Work closely with the Payroll Coordinator to manage the special payments to employees, including Employee Referral Bonus and Employee Loans.
  • Special projects as assigned.
Recruitment Support Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions.
  • Oversee job postings across various platforms, including the company website and external job boards, ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and status.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates and staff involved.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through social media, job boards, and networking efforts.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate new hire onboarding sessions.
  • Establish and maintain connections with educational institutions and Texas workforce centers, representing the company at community and recruitment events.
  • List out job taks.
All You Need Is...
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or three years of prior HR experience.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and respect in the workplace.
Even Better If You Have...
  • Previous experience in recruiting is preferred.
  • Verbal and written proficiency in Spanish is a preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
