- Qualifications equivalent to possession of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or human resources preferred.
- (2) years human resource experience, preferably in a small to medium sized company environment.
- Understanding of federal/state laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced computer literacy with specific proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft 365/Teams
- Ability to set priorities
- Attention to detail
- Handling multiple work assignments
- Ability to work in a team setting
