Job Purpose:

As HRBP, you will be to lead, design and execute people strategies in line with the organization and function imperatives for the Americas team to enable achievement of business strategies. The incumbent will act as the lead for all people interventions for the region, including end to end life cycle management, design and implement HR practices for creating a highly customer centric organization.

Position Title: Human Resource Business Partner

Reports to: Head - HR

What you'll do:

People Strategy & Implementation:

Develop and implement innovative HR practices to support business objectives and ensure effective management of the employee life cycle.

Payroll Management:

Oversee the monthly payroll process, collaborate with Finance and external partners to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Compliance:

Maintain up-to-date compliance in the HR system and ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations.

Office Administration:

Manage and oversee all aspects of office administration to ensure smooth operations.

HR Support:

Collaborate with the Leadership Team (Country Manager, Regional Managers - Sales & Service, Marketing, HR, Finance) to provide comprehensive HR support.

Recruitment:

Ensure timely hiring for all positions, meeting business requirements and deadlines.

Learning & Development:

Drive skill enhancement through targeted learning interventions; monitor and update the learning agenda based on business needs.

Performance Management:

Oversee the timely completion of the performance management process, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Employee Engagement:

Monitor engagement scores and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

HR Policies & Processes:

Implement and enforce HR policies and processes across the region, ensuring compliance and effective communication.

HRMS & Reporting:

Maintain accurate HR data in the HRMS, generate reports, conduct audits, and provide analytics for informed decision-making.

Employee Relations:

Provide guidance on complex HR issues such as accommodations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

Compensation & Benefits:

Analyze trends and recommend competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Workplace Culture:

Foster a positive workplace environment through regular team celebrations and recognition events.

What you'll bring:

Experience: 10+ years experience in a similar role in an HRBP role for customer facing functions (Sales / Service / Dealership). Proven experience of working directly with Leadership team. Exposure to COE functions (Talent Acquisition / Learning & Development / Talent Management). Knowledge of latest HR Digital tools and practices, experience in implementation of any such tools.

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree / Diploma (Full Time) in Human Resources / Psychology / related field. Full Time Bachelors Degree - Any specialization. Certification / Specialization in HR courses (Psychology, Digital HR, Analytics etc. from reputed institute) will be desired.
