Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong focus on recruiting and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership while driving recruitment initiatives to attract and retain top-tier talent. In addition to overseeing the hiring process, this role will support HR functions, including employee engagement, workforce planning, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruiting:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for all levels of roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, draft job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, and universities to enhance candidate outreach.
- Strategic Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with leadership to assess current workforce capabilities, forecast talent needs, and align recruiting efforts with business goals.
- Monitor key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage data-driven insights to provide regular recruitment updates and recommend actionable solutions.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for all team members.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and career development strategies.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS system, including recruitment data and employee documentation.
- Assist with HR projects, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, performance management, and organizational development.
- Employer Branding & Talent Outreach:
- Promote the company's culture, values, and employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Develop innovative recruitment campaigns and networking strategies, including participation in career fairs, campus recruiting, and social media outreach.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to build a collaborative approach to recruiting and talent management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Experience in workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruiting tools.
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, provide insights, and recommend process improvements.
