Role Overview: The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) for Sequel Wire will share in a wide variety of responsibilities, specifically administering and executing human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development and performs as company administrator for Paylocity. Key Responsibilities: Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate person. Provide an effective and dedicated advisory service to all Sequel employees. Organization of employee events and recognition events. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. Talent acquisition; ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding process.
