  • Assists with new hire recruiting and onboarding
  • Assists with exit procedures for separating employees
  • Assists with I-9s
  • Run background checks
  • Complete employment verifications
  • Complete Workday inbox tasks
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
  • Assist with employee inquiries about benefits programs such as life, health, dental, disability insurances, 401(k), paid time off, leave of absences, and employee assistance.
  • Assists with worker compensation reports/claims
  • Assists with FMLA and leaves of absence
  • Assists with investigations
  • Participates in department staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as necessary and to represent the department

  • Maintains strict confidentiality of company and personnel information
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline from four-year college or university, preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years relevant work experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in a company with 1000+ employees strongly preferred
  • Experience in Workday is a plus

  • N/A
Computer Skills:
  • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone.
