This role involves assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, providing support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.What's In It For You!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, phone screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support to employees with day to day HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including new hire paperwork and processes, and pre-employment testing.
- Assist with file and document management regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.
What You Will Bring:
- A broad knowledge of HR business pillars, including their best practices is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- This job is office based but requires up to 10% travel. Must maintain a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Relevant, directly applicable experience can be considered instead of a degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR or employee-focused, administrative role is required.
