Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources/General Manager at 1st Choice Builders LLC in Lakeland, MN. The Human Resources/General Manager will be responsible for HR functions such as maintaining quality staff, monitoring/developing company process's, developing HR policies, supporting employee relations, and promoting human resource development within the organization with a continuous improvement mindset. This is a new position for 1st Choice Builders LLC. Job duties may adjust once the right candidate is found.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise
• Experience in Human Resource Development and Employee Relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience in the construction or home building industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Physical Demands

• Able to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
• Able to sit at a computer for extended periods of time
