Why does thejob exist?Assist in all Human Resources transactions to include compensation, recruitment, and per-employment verifications. How does it get done?Process new hires, promotions, transfers, salary increases, information changes, and others as needed in SHARE Who are the customers?NMBHI staff including management/HR current/Former and potential employees as well as other State Agency personnel. Ideal CandidateWill have:Experience in Human Resource operations;Experience in SHARE;Experience in customer service. Minimum QualificationBachelor's Degree in any field. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field andor direct experience in this occupation totaling four (4) years may substitute for the required education.
