Job Description:

Greer Financial Services has a strategic business partner that is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist eager to make an immediate impact while learning from leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your generalist skills with a laser focus on Compensation Analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation program administration, including: Conducting job analyses and reviews Classifying positions (exempt and non-exempt) Performing salary surveys and market matching Maintaining compensation databases and job code tables Overseeing annual merit pay increases
  • Analyze wage and salary data to evaluate job positions and determine appropriate classifications
  • Assist in designing and administering compensation programs
  • Process and audit time and attendance records
  • Support all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Collaborate with team members to approve job actions and ensure correct coding for internal/external reporting
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 2+ years' of progressive experience working in Human Resources
  • Hands-on knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, including running queries and data manipulation
  • Advanced excel skills (ex: pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
