Thermo-Trol Systems, Inc. is a growing local contractor seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our team of 69 employees. Thermo-Trol Systems is a commercial and federal contractor specializing in Building and Industrial Controls and HVAC Service.

Human Resource Generalist will have a strong background in human resources and be able to handle a variety of tasks to include:

• Supporting the company's goals for recruiting, hiring, retaining, and training employees.
• Working to ensure compliance with the law, and develop training programs.
• Assess company progress and report on goals.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required, and

3 5 years experience in Human Resource management.

Compensation details: 60000-80000 Yearly Salary
