With one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry - 97% - ImageFIRST is dedicated to improving patient satisfaction and making staff happy with our white glove service!Check out our company page: Responsibilities & QualificationsMust be bilingual - SpanishPay range: $65,000 - $75,000 + Yearly bonus based on KPIsMonday - Friday8:00am -5:00pmRESPONSABILITIES:Oversee all local HR requirements in partnership with the leadership team, including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Associate Engagement, Community Giving, Recruiting, Safety/Compliance, and some Payroll and Benefits responsibilities.Collaborate with the Corporate Human Resources team to ensure alignment.Maintain confidentiality of business and personnel information.Manage local payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll Manager, utilizing ADP Time and Attendance Programs.Handle new hire, termination, and payroll change paperwork for all employees.Recruit and hire production associate workers.Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and maintain the local Community Giving program.Administer benefits, including disseminating benefit packets and assisting with Benefits Open EnrollmentResponsible for all Leave of Absence administration, including FMLA, PLOA and MLOA, as well as on-site coordinator for Workers Comp filings.Assist in the compliance and posting requirements of our safety program with the Leadership TeamMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be bilingual (Spanish)Minimum of 5 years' of experience overseeing Human ResourcesMinimum of High School Diploma.
