Overview We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR with a focus on diversity, equality, and inclusion. As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the company's goals and values. Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Management of employee benefits
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development and delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusion principles
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
