Job Description:
Salary- Low end with not a lot experience; 65K-70K yearly; High end with a good bit of experience 85K-90K.Shift: 8-5pmKey Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:Manage the full recruitmentlifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs.Performance Management:Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.Provide guidance and training to managers on how to conduct effective performance evaluations.Compensation and Benefits Administration:Assist in administering employee benefits programs (health, dental, retirement, etc.).Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate records and timely submission of employee data.Provide employees with information regarding benefits and compensation.Compliance and HR Policies:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance with legal requirements.Training and Development:Coordinate training and development programs to foster employee growth.Assist in identifying training needs and support the creation of educational materials.HR Reporting and Data Management:Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, including turnover, headcount, and employee satisfaction data.Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actions for improvement.Other HR Functions:Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.Support the HR team with other duties as needed, including leave management, employee recognition programs, and exit interviews.Qualifications:ADP & FMLA ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role (HR Generalist experience preferred).Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday).SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.IND1
