Job Type Full-timeDescriptionHuman Resource GeneralistSummary:The Human Resource (HR) Generalist is a salaried professional responsible for managing essential HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and development. This role requires strategic and operational involvement in developing and implementing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the organization remains compliant with labor laws and standards. The HR Generalist will receive a company-issued cell phone and laptop to support the flexibility and mobility needed for this position.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all internal and external HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Develop and implement organizational HR guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
- Recommend and execute strategies to improve employee engagement and motivation.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee development programs, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain and update HR records, including employee files and reports.
- Monitor and report on HR-related activities, producing data-driven insights.
- Assist with budget and payroll management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Propose and implement updates to HR policies, including benefits and renewals.
- Stay informed on HR trends, labor laws, and best practices to ensure organizational compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Coordinator or Leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Labor Law, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and people management skills.
- Ability to manage high-stress situations and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and other relevant technologies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):.To ensure alignment with organizational goals and HR standards, the HR Generalist's performance will be reviewed based on the following KPIs:
- Recruitment Efficiency: Time-to-fill positions, quality of hires, and candidate satisfaction.
- Employee Retention Rate: Track and improve retention rates by developing effective employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Training and Development Completion: Ensure timely completion of employee training programs and maintain high employee participation rates.
- Policy Compliance: Track adherence to labor laws and company policies, including regular updates and training sessions for staff.
- Employee Relations: Measure resolution rates and response times to employee complaints and conflicts.
- Data Accuracy and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records and deliver accurate HR reports on time.
